- Stay away from jewelry cleaner solutions
Avoid buying jewellery cleaning solutions as they may contain harsh ingredients that might tarnish your jewellery.
Side note: Do not use a toothbrush on your iced out jewellery or tennis chains to avoid dislodging the prongs holding on to the gems!
- Wear your jewelry last
It’s essential that you wear your jewellery last when it comes to outfit preparation. Put on your lotion and let it be absorbed into your skin or spray on your perfume and let it dry off before putting on your jewellery.
- Clean and store
After wearing your jewellery, clean your pieces with a soft cloth to remove any accumulated dirt and dust, doing so also restores the shine of your items! Also, store your jewellery items in a proper place, such as a jewellery box and preferably wrapped up in a soft cloth or bag and separate from the other pieces..
